Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

At Hagood Mill Historic Site, we understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Therefore, we have developed the following cancellation policy:

Refunds: All cancellation requests received (30) or more prior to the scheduled visit will be eligible for a 50% refund of the booking fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within (29) of the scheduled rental.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your venue rental, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

No Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled visit without prior notice, your booking fee will not be refunded.

Weather: In the event of inclement weather, we may need to cancel or reschedule your visit for safety reasons. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund of the booking fee.
