Class Waiver

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Hagood Mill Foundation, class instructor, Site Director, and/or other HM staff or employee(s) from any and all liability, claim, or cause of action arising out of any injury that I may sustain while participating in above-listed class/instruction at the Historic Site, whether caused by a defect that is latent or otherwise, and whether or not I would otherwise be able to recover under any theory of liability or applicable standard of care.

Primitive Camping Waiver

I have read and understand the Campground guidelines.

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Hagood Mill Foundation and Pickens County, and/or its agents including, but not limited to the Foundation Board, the Site Director, and/or employee(s) or event volunteers from any and all liability, claim, or cause of action arising out of any injury that I may sustain while participating in the above listed program at Hagood Mill.

I also give permission for photographs and videos to be taken during this engagement and used to promote the events at the Hagood Mill. I understand these photos will be used for no other purpose.
