The Hagood Mill Historic Site is owned by the citizens of Pickens County, SC.  The day-to-day operations of the site are run by the Board of Directors and staff of the Hagood Mill Foundation.

We are open from 10 am to 4 pm on Wednesdays through Saturdays.

Our events are rain or shine.  However, check our social media for updates if severe weather is possible.

The cost is $5/person for those 10 and older.  Nine and under are free

The only day there is a charge to visit Hagood Mill Historic Site is during third Saturday events.  Every other day we are open, it is free though we’d love for you to shop in the mercantile or leave us a donation!!

You may bring dogs to the site as long as they are updated on their vaccines, are leashed, well behaved, and picked up after.  We have doggy doo stations located on the site.

We do offer overnight camping.  You must contact the mercantile to make arrangements to pay and pick up your camping pass.

Tent camping is $15/night.  RV/Campers are $30/night.  These fees are subject to change for event weekends.  Campsites are primitive.

There is no fee to view the petroglyphs though you may leave a donation in the box that is located in the gallery of the center.

Yes.  We currently have a nine-hole disc golf course with construction being done to make it a full eighteen-hole course.

There is not a fee to play disc golf, though we would never turn down a donation.

The mill is in operation during third Saturday events.

The site is made up of grassy areas and a packed dirt trail that leads to the mill and the Hagood Creek Petroglyph Center.  Not all buildings are easily accessible at this time.
