🌲 Foraging Walk – Begin with a half-mile walk on level ground, where Donna will teach you how to identify different evergreens, recognize their benefits, and understand what to forage responsibly.
🌿 Hands-On Plant Medicine Making – In the second half of the class, you’ll put your knowledge to use by crafting natural remedies with evergreens. Donna will share her expertise, along with a recipe or two, to help you continue your plant medicine journey at home.
