By popular demand, we’re excited to offer a Railroad Spike Knife-Making Class at Hagood Mill! Forge your own knife from brand-new HC (high carbon) railroad spikes in this intermediate-to-advanced class led by skilled blacksmiths.

Drawing out, profiling, and shaping a blade

📅 Class Details:

When: December 20, 2024 – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Arrive at 8:45 AM to sign waivers)
Lunch: 12:00 – 1:00 PM (not provided, bring your own and explore the site!)
Cost: $150 + $10 materials fee (paid to the instructor on class day)
Age: 18+ only
Capacity: Limited to 4 students for personalized instruction
