🧪 The instructor will have optional herbal tinctures, dried herbs, and organically grown potted medicinal plants available for purchase

🚭 Please avoid perfumes, scented products, and smoking
📓 Bring a notepad and a phone or laptop for the classroom portion
👟 Some walking is involved, so wear comfortable shoes
🍽️ Picnic tables are available if you’d like to bring lunch
🌳 Feel free to explore the grounds after class and enjoy the beauty of the Hagood Mill Historic Site
